  • Slow-speed resistance weight training protocol in which the primary feedback is your heart rate, yes, your heart rate.

  • You control the intensity and duration.  This means it is fits every lifestyle and fitness goal.

  • High Intensity HRWT, HIHRWT, will take you BEYOND what is typically called total muscle failure, TMF.  I call this: TMF+.

Why HRWT?

  • With HRWT, the only metric you need is heart rate. (Yes, you read that correctly.) This significantly simplifies your exercise quality and intensity evaluation.

  • HRWT is extremely efficient.  Virtually all your effort (blood flow) is directed at the target muscle group.

  • HRWT is completely scalable.  This means YOU control the intensity and recovery period.  This can mean anywhere from 1 to 7 days (in the case of total muscle failure, TMF).

  • HRWT is low impact.  Since this is only a 2 repetition set, your joints will thank you, even if you chose a hi-intensity workout.

  • HRWT will strengthen your mind-muscle connection.  Each action is a conscious muscle movement. Your exercise rate will not get ahead of your brain and you will be able to focus on each muscle group.

  • Because you are always aware of your physical status, you can control potential injuries before they occur.  You will be able to respond to "bad pain", before it contributes to an injury.

  • HRWT is the perfect extension to physical therapy.  Once you have established your recovery with your physical therapist, use HRWT to continue your gains at an intensity that suits you back to your baseline shape, safely.

  • HRWT is extremely efficient with your time.  It only requires enough the time for one set.

  • HRWT rep rate is extremely slow allowing you to concentrate on good form.
