Beyond 2 Reps
Extended HIHRWT
What follows are real-life heart rate measurements, taking the baseline 2-rep HIHRWT to more reps. This leads to more inroads to the fast-twitch and larger motor units. I have been using seven days for recovery and repair -- I probably need more.
The heart rate (HR) below indicates 5 minutes and 28 seconds of a continuous set. 225 LBS is a 13RM for me on the Hoist bench press, 8/2/2022.
76 beats per minute (BPM) starting heart rate. Total BPM increase for this bench press set is 58.
Rep 1 and 2 at 225 lbs, just like the pdf.

This is measured heart BPM to Total Muscle Failure (TMF) for a 10 rep max (10RM) bench press, Hoist: 245 lbs, HR delta: 29 BPM. Total set time is: 32 seconds.
My 1687 Principia details the effects gravity to this day. Maximize your time and don't let this force deprive you of your efficiency. Be strong. Be safe. God bless.
