Remember way back when, 10/25/21, after 2 whole years of atrophy?  This is my starting point bench press.

Body Master seated bench press, weight weight 75 lbs., heart rate max 141BPM, total set time 3:11, 92 is the starting baseline heart rate: heart rate delta 49BPM.

So, how much can one expect in one year? Does this method actually work?  Can 7 minutes a week really take your bench from 75 to 200?  These are real strength gains, 11/8/22.

Rep 1 and 2 at 265 lbs, just like the pdf.

Folks, like I said on our Welcome Page, we are always improving our techniques. Extended HIHRWT is fairly new and I am starting to experience that I am not fully recovered in 7 days.  So, I am recommending Extended HIHRWT does not use more than 4 reps and no longer than 5 minutes.

Ah, now that is more like it.  Note the lower selected BP weight.  In my exuberance to get back to previous form, I ramped up the pounds to quickly.  More weight is not necessarily better working with HIHRWT.  Also of note, the first 2 reps  longer than 2 minutes.  I could not do that with the higher weight.  See you in a week.
